"I recently lost my job and didn't know where to start for help. I found this organization online and applied. They sent me a notice in the mail to ask for more info but I got it mixed up thinking the letter was for my car and didn't respond. Later I realized 😳 after they sent me another notice saying I didn't qualify. I thought I would have to wait another month but the young lady was so nice. She researched my info, asked me to text her the missing documents and had my case approved by the end of the day… I'm so grateful 🙏. Thank you guys so much."

"It can not be easy dealing with people all day that are in stressed situations and can be rude, so to keep a smile on your face and care in your voice I’m sure gets hard to do, But as for my case personally I want to thank Miss Mary Lou Saldana . She went beyond her duties with just her personality alone. She reminded me there are people that care people that help if they can and I won’t forget it.
