West Texas Opportunities, Inc. will be operating the Job Access/Reverse Commute program. The purpose of this program is to provide the populace of the Permian Basin affordable transportation to jobs in the Midland/Odessa area. West Texas Opportunities, Inc. will be creating regularly scheduled routes from several cities in the Permian Basin to the Midland/Odessa area. Dates, times and schedules of the routes will be posted on the website when created.
