JOB ACCESS/REVERSE COMMUTE PROJECT

West Texas Opportunities, Inc. is operating the Job Access/Reverse Commute program. The purpose of the program is to provide the people in rural areas of the Permian Basin affordable transportation to jobs or training in the Midland/Odessa area. JARC services five routes which are listed below.
