The
Comprehensive Energy Assistance Program is designed to assist low-income
persons experiencing difficulties in paying their energy expenses. This
program has three primary goals:
1. To promote
self-sufficiency , especially in paying energy expenses.
2.
Provide relief for energy expenses.
3.
To assist in an
energy related crises.
The following is a list of the fourteen (14) county area that WTO provides CEAP services for:
