The Texas Workforce Commission through the Permian Basin Workforce Development Board funds the Child Care Management Services (CCMS) program. The primary goal of the CCMS is to provide expanded child care services for eligible families. CCMS serves seventeen (17) counties and is responsible for administering all Texas Workforce Commission Child Care funds including vendor recruitment, training and monitoring, client intake, eligibility verification and assistance in making child care arrangements to providers for self-arranged care. The following is a list of the counties CCMS currently provides services for:
