Job Access/Reverse Commute Transportation Program is part of West Texas Opportunities, Inc., and was created to provide affordable, reliable transportation to employers who have employees commuting from a centralized location, as well as serve individuals with their transportation needs to work or training. This is the first rural transportation service of its kind in this region since 1990, and it is being provided at a low cost in an effort to connect riders to education and employment opportunities.
